LONDON (ShareCast) - Directors at broadband phone company Coms lifted their stakes in the company yesterday after a one for 100 consolidation in the company’s shares.
Executive chairman Jason Drummond took 1.7525m shares in the company, paying between 0.3p and 0.45p for each share, and now has more than 522m shares in the company, or 42.75%.
His brother Justin, who is a non-executive director, took 1.25m shares, paying between 0.20p and 0.45p a share. Another non-executive director, Jonathan Cole bought around 217,143 shares, paying between 0.35p and 0.45p.
Jason Drummond founded Coms in 2000.
