Titan Intl ends talks with Titan Europe

LONDON (ShareCast) - Titan Europe confirmed that preliminary talks with parent company Titan International regarding a potential offer for the tyre maker have now ceased.

Titan Europe, which makes wheels for the construction and agricultural markets, said it remains satisfied with current prospects and the range of opportunities that exist across the business and therefore looks to the future with confidence.

On 12 April, Titan Europe informed shareholders that it was in preliminary discussions with Titan International regarding a potential offer.
