LONDON (ShareCast) - William Rucker, a non-executive director at the pest control firm Rentokil Initial, took his first shares in the company today, buying 100,000 at just over 72p each.

Rucker, who is also chief executive of the Investment Bank Lazard London, joined the company in February.

As well as making mouse traps and other pest control devices, Rentokil Initial provides services such as parcel delivery and linen cleaning.
