LONDON (ShareCast) - Robert Jeens, the newly appointed chairman of encryption software specialist nCipher, purchased his maiden shares in the group.
Jeens, who joined last week, acquired 25,000 shares at a price of 259p per share for a total cost of just under £65,000.
Shares in the group slumped yesterday after it said its recent acquisition Abridean has ran into problems and is performing below expectations.
