BOARD CHANGES

Senior plc ("Senior" or "the Group") announces two changes to its Board of Directors.

Appointment of Group Finance Director

Senior is pleased to announce the appointment of Bindi Foyle as the Group Finance Director of Senior plc.  Bindi will join the Senior plc Board as an Executive Director on 3 May 2017 and will become Group Finance Director on 1 July 2017.  Bindi succeeds Derek Harding who, as previously announced, is taking up a role outside the Group and will be leaving Senior on 30 June 2017.

Bindi joined Senior as Group Financial Controller in January 2006, a role she held until July 2014 when she became responsible for the Group's Investor Relations activities.  Most recently, Bindi has been Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications.

Bindi is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Accounting as well as the Certificate in Investor Relations qualification.  Prior to joining Senior, Bindi held senior finance roles at Amersham plc and GE, having previously worked with BDO Stoy Hayward.

The remuneration package provided to Bindi Foyle complies with Senior's Remuneration Policy; details of the package will be included within the Directors' Remuneration Report in the Annual Report and Accounts 2017.

No further information is required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.

Retirement of Chairman

Charles Berry, Chairman of Senior plc since 2012, has informed the Board of his intention to retire at the Group's next Annual General Meeting in April 2018, following the appointment of a successor.  The Senior Independent Director will lead the Nominations Committee process for the recruitment and selection of Charles' successor, who is expected to join the Board later this year to facilitate an effective induction period.
