Proposed Dividend

dotdigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as a Service ("SaaS") and managed services to digital marketing professionals, is pleased to announce that the Board proposes an ordinary dividend for the year ended 30 June 2017 of 0.55p per ordinary share (2016: 0.43p).

If the dividend is approved at the Annual General Meeting to be held later this year in December 2017, the dividend timetable will be as follows:
