Treasury shares and Total Voting Rights

Tyman, a leading international supplier of engineered components to the door and window industry, announces that on 1 November 2017 it transferred Tyman plc shares to participants of the Tyman US Sharesave Plan.  These shares were previously held as Treasury shares.  The Company now holds 529,183 shares in Treasury.

The Company has 178,582,513 ordinary shares in issue (including shares in Treasury).

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 178,053,330 and may be used by shareholders as the Total Voting Rights denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, Tyman plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules
