Informa PLC ("the Company") has been notified that on 8 November 2017, Stephen A. Carter, Group CEO and Director, acquired ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company through participation in the Company's ShareMatch plan ("the Plan"):                                                                        

Shares were purchased in London at a price of £7.05 per share.

Under the terms of ShareMatch, one Matching share is awarded for every share purchased.
