Publication of Final Terms

The following Final Terms have been filed with the UK Listing Authority and are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 17 November 2017 relating to the €1,000,000,000 1.125 per cent. Notes due 2025 (the "2025 Notes"), Final Terms dated 17 November 2017 relating to the €750,000,000 1.875 per cent. Notes due 2029 (the "2029 Notes") and Final Terms dated 17 November 2017 relating to the €750,000,000 2.875 per cent. Notes due 2037 (the "2037 Notes" and, together with the 2025 Notes and the 2029 Notes, the "Notes")

The Notes will be issued pursuant to the €30,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of Vodafone Group Plc (the "Issuer").
