NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Schroder European Real Estate Investment Trust plc announces that its annual general meeting (the "AGM") will be held on Wednesday, 21 February 2018 at 12 noon at 31 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7QA.

Shareholders can view the meeting details at www.schroders.co.uk/sereit from today.

The date on which South African shareholders must be recorded as such in the share register to be eligible to attend and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday, 16 February 2018, with the last day to trade being Tuesday, 13 February 2018.

The notice of AGM will shortly be dispatched to shareholders.
