Unaudited net asset value per share at 30 November 2017

Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that its unaudited diluted net asset value ("NAV") per share as at 30 November 2017, calculated on a cum-income basis and after deduction of the interim dividend, was 3320p.

The interim dividend for the year ending 31 March 2018 of 15.5p per share will be paid on 11 January 2018.
