The Company announces that, on 19^th October 2017, it purchased into Treasury 25,000 Ordinary Shares at GBP7.6900 per share.

Following the transaction, the Company holds 816,121 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

The shares in issue, less the total number of Treasury Shares, is 277,102,832. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
