TRIG completes £22m Scottish windfarm purchase
The Renewables Infrastructure Group (TRIG) said it had completed its £22.6m purchase of the Neilston Community Wind Farm in East Renfrewshire, Scotland.

The 10 megawatt project was bought by TRIG from private developer Carbon Free and Neilston Development Trust and has been has been operating for four years.
The project comprises four Nordex N90 wind turbine generators, each with a rated capacity of 2.5MW, and benefits from a power purchase agreement with Statkraft.
TRIG's investment was financed from the proceeds of the recent equity raising under TRIG's share issuance programme. The investment increases TRIG's portfolio to 54 projects with aggregate net generating capacity of 720MW.
