The FTSE 250 listed company is part of a consortium with DIF Infrastructure IV and Northleaf Capital Partners, who together bought 100% of the project from Brisa, a Portuguese transport infrastructure company.
Northwest Parkway has a 99-year concession from the region's’ public authority signed in 2007, to operate and maintain a 14km section of the beltway system extending around Denver in the US.
The road was opened in 2003 connecting to several toll and non-toll motorways, including E-470, I-25, 36 and 287, which will generate revenue through an all-electronic tolling system.
