Highcroft Investment acquires Cambridgeshire retail park
Real estate investment trust Highcroft Investment said one its subsidiaries, Rodenhurst Estates, has acquired BL and its wholly owned subsidiary Belgrave Land for £8.5m.

BL and its subsidiary own the Belgrave Retail Park in Cambridgeshire, which comprises a freehold retail warehouse park totalling 56,082 square feet, hosting the likes of Dunelm, Halfords, Carpetright, Pets at Home and Currys PC World.
In a short statement released on Friday, Highcroft said the property produces an annual income of £620,585.
“Being able to do an off-market deal in the current climate was very unusual and we were happy to be in a position to take advantage of the situation,” said group chief executive Simon Gill.
Highcroft shares were up 2.17% to 940.00p at 08:31 on Friday.
