FTSE 100 movers: Smith & Nephew jumps; Haleon in the red

(Sharecast News) - London's FTSE 100 was down 0.3% at 8,117.38 in afternoon trade on Wednesday.
Smith & Nephew shot to the top of the index as it reported a 2.9% year-on-year rise in first-quarter revenue to $1.39bn, as its orthopaedics business continued to recover.
