Isola group president and CFO to retire
Both Isola group's president and chief financial officer will retire, the company said Monday.
The circuit board business has already begun recruiting a success for Ray Sharpe, who worked for the firm since the business began in 2004.
Sharpe said he is confident in Isola’s future and he looks forward spending more time with family.
Separately, Isola announced the retirement of its executive vice-president and chief financial officer, Gordon Bitter. Bitter has been replaced by Donald Colvin in the interim.
Colvin is a member of Isola’s board and the former chief financial officer of ON Semiconductor and Caesars Entertainment.
