The move would follow the reopening of four venues in France last month. Hammerson said across its premium outlets portfolio, nine of the 11 VIA Outlets, a joint venture with APG, were trading.
Five of its nine European Value Retail Villages were currently trading, with designer outlet Bicester Village in England expected to reopen on June 15.
Hammerson UK and Ireland managing director Mark Bourgeois said consumers were adjusting, based on early experiences from the French re-opening.
“Sales levels at these destinations have been encouraging to date, although it is still very early days. We are looking forward to reopening and welcoming back our customers in the coming months,” he said.
