IMF chief "delighted" to work with AIIB
Chief of the International Monetary Fund, Christine Lagarde, has said the organisation would be "delighted" to work with Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB).
There is "massive" amounts of room for co-operation with the Chinese-backed group on infrastructure financing, she told the China Development Forum in Beijing.
AIIB was set up last year, with the majority of its capital funded by China.
Countries have to decide by the end of March whether they want to apply for membership to AIIB, which has already received support from the UK, Germany, Italy, France and New Zealand.
