Further to the announcement with RNS number 0871Z made by CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited (the "Company") at 9:55 a.m. this morning, the Company announces that dealings in the ordinary shares are instead expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 18 December 2017.
