JPMorgan Global Growth & Income Plc announces that today it issued 50,000 new Ordinary Shares for cash from Treasury at 326.10 pence per share. 

Following this issue, the Company's issued share capital consists of 154,905,500 Ordinary Shares, including 29,744,215 shares held in Treasury.
