The Company has been notified that on 28 November 2014, Theresa Keating (a director of Howden Joinery Ltd and a person discharging managerial responsibility within the Company), exercised options awarded under the Company's share plans and subsequently sold shares as follows:

This notification is made pursuant to D-T-R 3.1.4R(1)(a).

Following the above exercise and sale, Ms Keating's total holding of shares in Howden Joinery Group Plc increased to 163,315 ordinary shares (0.03% of the Company's share capital).
