Notification pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11

Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11, Tesco PLC announces that Mikael Ohlsson, a Non-executive Director, has joined the Remuneration Committee and Corporate Responsibility Committee and Richard Cousins, also a Non-executive Director, has joined the Audit Committee.  All appointments are effective from 2 December 2014.
