Aberforth Geared Income Trust plc ("AGIT")

The Net Asset Values ("NAVs") for the above company as at the close of
business on 17 December 2014 were:-

Ordinary Share (excluding current year revenue) = 175.00p

Ordinary Share (including current year revenue) = 179.32p

Zero Dividend Preference Share = 135.35p

The market value of investments was GBP293.5m less net liabilities (including
Zero Dividend Preference Shares) of GBP97.1m to leave Shareholders' Funds of
GBP196.4m.
