Purchase of own securities and total voting rights

Octopus AIM VCT plc announces that on 18 December 2014 the Company purchased for cancellation 66,158 Ordinary shares at a price of 99.75p per share. 
 
Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company is now 63,108,496 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1p each, with voting rights. The Company holds no shares in Treasury.
