Notification pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11

Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11, Tesco PLC announces that Stuart Chambers, having served over four years as chair of the Remuneration Committee will be succeeded as Chair of the Committee by Deanna Oppenheimer, a Non-executive Director of the company, from 1 January 2015.  Stuart Chambers will remain as a member of the Committee and Board to support this planned succession.
