Acquisition of Shares

On 13 January 2015 London Stock Exchange Group plc (the "Company") was notified that, on 8 January, Nikhil Rathi, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, acquired 6 ordinary shares of 6 79/86p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of £22.125 per Share.  These Shares were automatically acquired through Mr Rathi's ISA following payment of the Company's interim dividend.

This notification relates to a disclosure made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R (1) (a).
