Purchase of own securities and total voting rights

Octopus AIM VCT plc announces that on 23 January 2015 the Company purchased for cancellation 65,399 Ordinary shares at a price of 101.5p per share. 
 
Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company is now 64,227,326 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1p each, with voting rights. The Company holds no shares in Treasury.
