Director Shareholding

29 January 2015 - Experian plc, the global information services company (the "Company"), hereby notifies the market that, on 29 January 2015, Zoe Pitchford, the spouse of Lloyd Pitchford, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 10 US cents each in the Company on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 1,203.334 pence per share.

The notification to the Company, received on 29 January 2015, was made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2R. This notification is made in compliance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R
