Notification of transactions by Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities ("PDMRs")

The Company has been advised that, on 5^th February 2015, the Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities listed below acquired Ordinary shares in the Company at a purchase price of £3.785 per Ordinary Share through a Profit Sharing Employee Share Ownership Scheme (the "Scheme") which has been approved by HMRC.

The Company was also advised on 6^th February 2015 that, on 17^th December 2014, the Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities listed below acquired Ordinary shares in the Company through the allocation of dividend shares at an allocation price of £3.55 per Ordinary Share through the Scheme.
