Octopus AIM VCT 2 plc announces that on 27 February 2015 the Company purchased for cancellation 309,026 Ordinary shares at a price of 78.0p per share.
 
Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company now consists of 57,453,052 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.01p each, with voting rights. The Company holds no shares in Treasury.
