Asia Ceramics today announces that Frank Lewis has given notice of resigning from the Board of Directors and his role as Chairman. His resignation is effective from 3 June 2015 and he remains in his role.

The Company is considering additional non- executive candidates and expects to announce an appointment in due course and  prior to 3 June 2015.
