24 March 2015 - Spectris plc (LSE: SXS), the productivity-enhancing
instrumentation and controls company, announces that the following documents
have been posted or otherwise made available to shareholders:

  * Annual Report and Accounts

  * Notice of 2015 Annual General Meeting

  * Form of Proxy

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 R, copies of each of the above documents
will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will then be available
for inspection at: www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.

The Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of 2015 Annual General Meeting are
also available on the Spectris website at www.spectris.com, as required by DTR
6.3.5 R (3)(a).

The requirements of DTR 6.3.5 R (2)(b) were met in Spectris plc's 2014 Final
Results announcement, excepting publication of the responsibility statement of
the Directors in respect of the Annual Report and Accounts, which follows:

    accounting standards, give a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities,
    financial position and profit or loss of the Company and the undertakings
    included in the consolidation taken as a whole; and

  * the Strategic Report includes a fair review of the development and
    performance of the business and the position of the issuer and the
    undertakings included in the consolidation, taken as a whole, together with
    a description of the principal risks and uncertainties that they face.
