Notice of Audited Results and Analysts' Briefing

Further to the announcement issued earlier today, the date for the publication of the consolidated audited results for the year ended 31 December 2014 will be 26 May 2015 at 0700hrs GMT. The analysts briefing call will happen on the same day at 1600hrs. A full copy of the adjusted release is below.

 Further to the announcement of 24 February 2015, the directors of Minds + Machines Group Limited (AIM:MMX), the publicly quoted owner and operator of Internet top-level domains, are pleased to announce that the consolidated audited results for the year ended 31 December 2014 will be published 0700hrs GMT on 26 May 2015.
