Total Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with Rule 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that as at 31 March 2015 it has 367,688,367 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in issue with voting rights and that it does not hold any treasury shares.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 367,688,367 which is the figure to be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company's shares under the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
