Board Changes

Tel Aviv, Israel, 2 April, 2015

The Company announces the following appointments to the board of directors of
the Company which took effect on 1 April 2015:

  * Mr Oleksandr Granovskyi; and

  * Mr Emil Budilovsky.

Mr Oleksandr Granovskyi, who will serve as chairman of the board of directors,
currently serves as a board member of G. Willi-Food International Ltd., an
Israeli company listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange ("WFINT"), an Israeli
company listed on NASDAQ, in which the Company holds approximately 38% directly
and indirectly through the Company's approximately 62% subsidiary, Willi-Food
Investments Ltd ("WFI"). Mr Granovskyi is the Company's ultimate controlling
shareholder.

Mr Emil Budilovsky who will serve as an executive director of the Company,
currently serves as the vice-president of business development of the Company,
as a board member of WFI, and as a board member of WFINT. Mr Emil Budilovsky
was previously the chief executive officer of WFINT, served as the chief
executive officer and a board member of Arricano Real Estate Plc, a Ukrainian
company listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange and served as the
chief financial officer and a board member of Mirland Development Corporation
Plc, a Russian company listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.

Director resignations

With effect from the same time, the Company also announces the resignation of
Mr Abraham Wolff, who was appointed as a director of the Company and as the
chairman of its board of directors, on 14 August 2013, due to his other
commitments preventing him from fulfilling the requirements of his position as
Chairman. Mr Wolff's resignation shall have immediate effect.
