Notice of Results & Change of Registered Address

Mi-Pay Group plc (AIM: MPAY), the leading provider of mobile payment solutions to Tier 1 Mobile Network Operators and Mobile Virtual Network Operators, will be announcing its Preliminary Results for the 12 months ended 31 December 2014, on Wednesday 29th April 2015.

Management will be hosting a presentation for analysts on the day of results at 9:30am at the offices of Newgate: Sky Light City Tower, 50 Basinghall Street, EC2V 5DE.
