OCTOPUS AIM VCT 2 PLC

Offer Update and Issue of Supplementary Prospectus
The board of Octopus AIM VCT 2 plc ("the Company") announce that they have published a supplementary prospectus ("the Supplementary Prospectus") relating to the combined Offer for Subscription with Octopus AIM VCT plc to raise up to £20 million, with an over allotment facility of £10 million, in the 2014/2015 and 2015/2016 tax years.

The Supplementary Prospectus refers to the publication of the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 November 2014 ("the 2014 Accounts"), certain information from which is incorporated by reference into the Supplementary Prospectus.

Copies of the Supplementary Prospectus and the 2014 Accounts have been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at:
