Oakley Capital Investments Limited ("the Company") was notified on 27 April 2015 that Christopher Wetherhill, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") on 22 April 2015 at a price of 1.735 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Wetherhill holds 175,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
