JLT completes sale of stake in Siaci St Honoré

Following the announcement made on 13^th February 2015, Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc ("JLT"), one of the world's leading providers of insurance, reinsurance and employee benefits related advice, brokerage and associated services, can today confirm it has completed the sale of its 26.2% stake in Milestone, the holding company of Siaci St Honoré, JLT's French associate, to Ardian for a cash consideration of €110.5 million (approximately £80 million).
