In accordance with DTR 3.1.4 R(1)(a) I give details of changes in the interests of Mr S Dingemans, an Executive Director, in the Ordinary Shares of GlaxoSmithKline plc (the "Company").

The Company was advised on 15 May 2015 that Mr S Dingemans transferred 40,000 Ordinary Shares held under a personal shareholding account to a Corporate Sponsored Nominee on 14 May 2015.
