Impax Environmental Markets plc announces that on 22 May 2015 it purchased 575,000 of its own ordinary shares in the market at an average price of 159.58p per share. The highest price paid per ordinary share was 163.5p and the lowest price paid was 157.5p.  These shares will be cancelled. 

Following this share re-purchase, the Company's issued share capital will be 262,395,373 ordinary shares.  The Company will be holding 45,698,109 of these shares in Treasury.  Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company will be 216,697,264.
