Issue of Equity

The Company announces that it has today allotted 900,000 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each at a price of 218.25p pence per share (before expenses) from its block listing facility of 23 January 2015. The shares rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.

Following this issue, the Company has the ability to issue 2,082,878 ordinary shares under its block listing facility.

The issue of ordinary shares is being made in order to meet market demand. The proceeds of the issue will be used in further pursuing the investment objectives of the Company.

Total Voting Rights

As a result of this issue, the Company's issued share capital consists of 60,701,013 ordinary shares.  Each of the ordinary shares carries one voting right.  No shares are held in Treasury. The figure of 60,701,013 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
