Sale of Nil Paid Rights

The Company announces that it was informed on 28 May 2015 that, on 27 May 2015, certain of its persons discharging managerial responsibilities and, where indicated below, their connected persons sold nil paid rights relating to ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company (each a "Nil Paid Right"), with the intention of using the proceeds to take up further Nil Paid Rights pursuant to the Company's rights issue which was announced on 28 April 2015, as follows:

* Includes 299 Nil Paid Rights sold by his connected person, Mrs K Pethica.

The Company was also informed on 28 May 2015 that, on 27 May 2015, Mr N A Turner sold 3,964 Nil Paid Rights at a price of 448 pence per Nil Paid Right.

This notification is made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a).
