The Net Asset Values (“NAVs”) for the above company as at the close of business on 2 June 2015 were:-
Ordinary Share (excluding current year revenue) = 227.53p
Ordinary Share (including current year revenue) = 234.83p
Zero Dividend Preference Share = 139.46p
The market value of investments was GBP358.0m less net liabilities (including Zero Dividend Preference Shares) of GBP100.9m to leave Shareholders’ Funds of GBP257.1m.
