Notification of Transactions of a Director/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

Henry Boot PLC ('the Company') has been advised by Mr John Trevor Sutcliffe, Group Finance Director of Henry Boot PLC, that today, he sold 15,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company at a sale price of 230.5 pence per share to satisfy certain tax obligations arising on the exercise of LTIP shares in the Company.

Following this transaction, Mr Sutcliffe has a total beneficial interest of 538,488 Ordinary Shares representing 0.408% of the issued share capital of the Company.
