WFINT Put Option

The Company refers to its announcements of 4 and 6 February, 4 and 23 March and 7 May, 2015 and to the Company’s prospectus dated 29 July, 2014 (the “Prospectus”). Capitalised terms used below but not defined, will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Prospectus.

The Company received notification from Mr Zvi Williger and Zvi V & Co. Company Ltd. of their intention to exercise part of their rights under the WFINT Put Option in relation to 337,741 shares in WFINT to be acquired for consideration of USD 4,052,884.

As of 30 June, 2015, the Company has paid the aggregate amount set out above and acquired the shares set out above. As such, the Company now directly holds 4.87% of the shares of WFINT and indirectly holds a further approximately 37.25% of the shares of WFINT through WFI.
