Amerisur Resources Plc ("Amerisur" or the "Company")

Issue of Equity

Amerisur Resources announces that, with regards to the share consideration in relation to Amerisur's acquisition of Petro Dorado South America SA, an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 5,148,447 new ordinary shares of the Company ("Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM. The Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares and dealings are expected to commence at 08:00 a.m. on 06 July 2015. 

Following the issue of the Shares, the issued ordinary share capital of the Company will comprise a total of 1,067,868,078 ordinary shares. No ordinary shares are held in treasury.
