Stock Repurchase) programme, Carnival Corporation & plc announces that on 2^nd July 2015 Carnival Investments Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Carnival Corporation) sold 50,000 existing ordinary shares that it held in Carnival plc at an average price of £33.1505 per share. The highest price received for the ordinary shares was £33.25 per share and the lowest price received was £33.11 per share.
