Aberforth Geared Income Trust plc (“AGIT”)
The Net Asset Values (“NAVs”) for the above company as at the close of business on 28 July 2015 were:-
Ordinary Share (excluding current year revenue) = 215.62p
Ordinary Share (including current year revenue) = 224.72p
Zero Dividend Preference Share = 140.86p
The market value of investments was GBP344.0m less net liabilities (including Zero Dividend Preference Shares) of GBP97.9m to leave Shareholders’ Funds of GBP246.1m.
